Gulf Connexions - Doha, Qatar - ~~Responsibilities: • Analyze/evaluate all existing processes and identify the bottlenecks, business risks, duplicate activities, and support to improve processes. • Planning, performing, and implementing process improvement initiatives. • Align process improvement initiatives with business objectives. • Participate in re-structuring business processes and various change management activities. • Define, develop, and evaluate performance metrics to establish process success. • Research industry best practices, and prepare recommendations for change. Requirements: • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. • At least 10 + years of experience, preferably with GCC Market Exposure. • Automotive or Manufacturing Industry Exposure. • Experience using business process management software. • SAP experience is plus.
