On behalf of our client - we are currently recruiting a Chief Operations Officer for a client of ours in the Banking industry headquartered in Bahrain
The incumbent reports to the Chief Executive Officer and responsible for supervising day-to-day management of Bank's Risk, Credit, Finance and IT Functions
As a senior member in the bank, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting the CEO in strategic decisions of the BOD.
Functions under the COO's supervision: Risk, Finance, Legal, IT & Operations
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in General Management roles with proven track record in managing Support functions of a major bank
5+ years at least in a leadership capacity
Professionally qualified and recognized MBA OR Post Graduate qualification
