POSITION SUMMARY: The CST Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, administration, and training of the Combined Screening Team (CST). Responsible for the welfare and training of assigned personnel, as well as the management of the overall budget and all assigned property and materials. Responsible for ensuring assigned personnel, including any applicable Subcontract labor, perform duties and responsibilities IAW all applicable directives, regulatory guidance, and policies, including those of the Host Nation, and all Program contractual requirements.
