Kuwait - Objective: To process all aspects associated with the effective operation of the Core & Access Engineers area, to achieve the business plan objectives for and to meet ISO 9001 operational and maintenance standards and 27001 security standards Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date documentation and diagrams for all assigned Core & Access Support/Implementations platforms Supervisor task. Implement all relevant Core & Access platforms network within the set and agreed KPI in the business plan. Handle all Core & Access platforms faults within KPI, and make sure to submit the fault report within the agreed time frame. Coordinate and cooperate with other staff in network platforms Department related to day-to-day activities. Coordinate with NMC to ensure proper information flow within the organization.
