Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customer. Plans coordinate and make recommendation to improve workshop department and staff performance. Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them. Trains, motivate, counsels, and monitor the performance of all service department staff. Provide support with Division Manager for annual operating budget for the service department according to NBK standards. Maintain reporting system required by Bosch Division Manager.
