Job Description
Promoting and selling company’s products to new and existing customers . To run In-Service Training, follow up on collection and maintain good relationship with customers.
Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards:
• Perform consultative sales technique in prospecting & creating the need for Imdad products
• Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services
• Provide adequate information on new prospect and client, in terms of Ownership, physicians, relevant client’s equipment, and payment status
• Ensuring follow-up after passing leads to managers with complete profile customer
• Update customer’s database with proper contact details, email, and contact numbers
• Submit reports for sales and marketing on a weekly basis and on a timely manner
• Assist in payment following up
• Maintain excellent customer relationship with key decision makers, doctors, others
• Effective use of company’s sales aids tools i.e (demonstration and trials) to secure deals
• Work as team player. Show good manner and professionalism inside the company
• Effectively attending conferences and workshops
• Effective use of marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness
• Perform professional in-service training for customer’s end users on systems applications
• Possess market awareness, competitor’s activities/events and competitor’s pricing changes
