Kuwait - Promote and monitor service appointment system. Plan, organize and control service operation. Monitor customer satisfaction reports and trends and share this information. Monitor warranty and goodwill cases. Establish service marketing strategies to target new business and fleet companies. Monitor quality control inspections, comeback reports and complaints. Analyze competitors and market conditions. Conduct survey to develop competitiveness for periodic maintenance and repair work. Conduct weekly analysis of key performance indicators. Monthly performance results report to the Management. Make service and parts coordination though regular meeting with parts manager. Make sure service facility is well maintained.
