Bin Omran Trading and Contracting (BOTC) - Qatar - The incumbent will be responsible for undertaking tender exercises, providing commercial evaluation of bids received and arranging formal execution of subcontracts in accordance with client requirements, best value outcomes, company policy, building regulations and other relevant legislation. - Prepares various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and Costs Estimates. - Liaises with Project Directors and attends Tender procedures and prepare Tender Reports. - Prepares award of contracts, checks contract documents as well as makes recommendations of contractor's valuations. - Provides assistance to Project Manager on contractual issues. - Evaluates variations and handles contractual correspondences. - Attends progress meetings and provides updates Client with projection of costs as required. - Prepares evaluations/ cost projections of the assignment to meet requirements of works in progress. - Li...
