• Responsible for the overall sales operational activities of the region
• Able to launch Sales - Retail Scheme in the region
• Having sales target oriented Companies on board
• Adding Corporate Clients in context of target market
• Able to have complete knowledge of ERP & POS software’s specially Tally & Pixel Point
• Able to manage all customer queries
• Comply with the management instructions
• Responsible to manage timely delivery of customer demand
• Communicate as per the desired requirement
• Support/Assist all sales team as required
• Manage all miscellaneous activities as established
• Able to deal with customer claims and other miscellaneous claims
• Independently dealing with miscellaneous sales targets
• Correspondences as required
• Dealing with official correspondences related to senior managers and other officials
• Confidentiality at priority
