• Identifies key markets and customers and evaluates the potential for services sales.
• Propose tactics to generate and develop service sales.
• Provides excellent customer service & maintains excellent customer relationship.
• Acquires new maintenance contracts and securing existing ones.
• Reviews and documents soon- to -be expired contracts for renewal process.
• Prepares quotations according to customer’s inquiry for maintenance, parts and repairs.
• Prepares service budgets, and cost of sales forecast.
• Manages a team of service engineers and technicians to manage service sales fulfillment.
• Manages assigned sales territory and successfully meets or exceed the target budget.
• Monitors financial status of his/assigned territory.
• Conducts site inspections for safety as well as technical requirements
• Prepares technical reports as applicable, such as ride quality analysis.
• Maintains a cordial relation with supplier/purchaser.
• Provides site inspections to check the quality of the unit, as well as the quality of the servicing.
• Prepares Technical Service Reports or field evaluations and inspections
• Maintains the records of the service department, in VIEW as well as other records
• Implements QHSE Policy requirements in the Service area
• Achieves QHSE objectives and targets as per in the Service area
• Establishes procedures and controls to ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the QHSE Management System
