EY Valuation is comprised of several key areas, including Business Valuation, Business Modeling, Capital Equipment and Complex Securities. Responsibilities: Provide guidance/knowledge and lead project teams to coordinate valuation engagements for the purpose of: management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization and corporate strategy. Lead, develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business decision makers throughout the year to communicate value and inform them of the firm's scope of services.
