Swisslinx AG - Doha, Qatar - As the Investment Banking Director, you will be responsible for the following: Creating and managing new deal flow and originating new client engagements that fit the strategy Actively lead in outreach and business development opportunities and market full range of services to prospective clients Leading a variety of transactions in all stages, from initial client pitch to closing Supervising and mentoring staff members, training the team on transaction structuring/execution, lead generation, pitch development, and presentations to potential clientele To be considered for this role you must possess the following: 15+ years’ experience in relevant roles in the GCC Must have experience in origination & execution, M&A, ECM, corporate finance & restructuring Thorough knowledge of the Qatari market Strong educational background in Economics, Business, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics from an accredited university and/or relevant professional designation Exceptional analytical and quantita...
